About us
Pathways to Success Youth Initiative
Empowering Nigerian youth for self-reliance and national development.

Background
Why PTSYI exists
Nigeria has a youthful population, with over 60% under the age of 30. However, high youth unemployment, underemployment, rural-urban migration, and limited access to skills training continue to hinder national progress. PTSYI addresses this gap by delivering inclusive, localized interventions that cut across all geopolitical zones and communities, aligning with national priorities such as the Renewed Hope Agenda, job creation, and SDGs 4, 8, and 10.
Our Vision
A vibrant, self-reliant generation of young Nigerians equipped with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and sustainable enterprises — contributing to economic growth, poverty reduction, and community development nationwide.
Our Mission
To equip 37,000 young Nigerians — 1,000 per state across the 36 states and FCT — with practical vocational skills, entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and startup support through a decentralized, community-based empowerment model.
